Saturday 16th June 2007. Cliffe Village Fair and Celebration of Heritage.
- 10:30-17:00 - Free Cliffe Heritage Display in St. Helen's Church, including spinners, lacemaker, hand bell ringers and Parish Archive Photographs.
- 13:00-onwards - BBQ, stalls, archery, childrens' rides etc. on the Buttway. Tea and Cakes in St. Helen's House.
- 12:00-17:00 - Launch of Charnel House Project, Cliffe Heritage CD ROM and new free Cliffe Heritage Trail Guides in St. Helen's Church.

Rules and information
- All proceeds go to St. Helen’s Church heating fund.
- To bid, complete a bidding slip in full, stating the lot number, bid price, your full name, address and contact phone number. Bids can also be made by telephoning these details to: 01634 220795
- Tip: Bid a strange amount that is near to your bid price that someone else is unlikely to copy. e.g. £30.23. This way, if the highest other bidder bids £30, you will always win, whereas if you had bid £30, you would only win if you were the first person to bid that amount.
- Your bid is a contract. Bids may not be retracted.
- Updated bid prices will be available at the auction stall at the fair, and afterwards, up to the end of the auction, on-line at Cliffe Village web site: www.cliffe-kent-org.uk
- The auctions end at 4.00 p.m. on Monday 18th June 2007. Bids made after this time will not be accepted.
- The winner of each lot will be the highest bidder. Winners will be contacted promptly after the auctions end to arrange payment. If payment is not forthcoming, the next highest bidder will be declared the winner.
- In situations where two or more individuals tie by bidding the same amount, the earliest bidder(s) will take precedence.
- Payment should be made by cash or cheque, with a valid cheque guarantee card. Credit/Debit cards are not accepted.
- Collection of winning lots will be arranged at the time of payment.
- Bidding on a lot in this auction confirms acceptance to these rules.
